These terms are between you and Kayode Fashola ("we", "us") and cover your use of the StiffMap mobile application. Installing or using StiffMap means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
StiffMap is a personal log. It records how tight you say an area feels, estimates how long each area has been still from the clock and your own entries, and suggests short, gentle movements. It does not examine you, diagnose anything, treat anything or prevent anything, and it is not a medical device.
The movement suggestions are general and the same for everyone. They are not prescribed for you. Do only what feels comfortable, stop if anything hurts, and speak to a qualified professional about pain, numbness, tingling, weakness, or anything that persists or gets worse. If you have an injury or a condition affecting your neck, back, hips or wrists, ask a professional before using the suggestions at all.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use StiffMap on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or any part of it except where the law allows.
StiffMap keeps everything you enter on your device and sends none of it to us. Because of that, we cannot recover, transfer or restore your log; deleting the app deletes it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
StiffMap Pro unlocks unlimited history, the weekly insight, your choice of reminder cadence and per-area reminder priority. It is sold two ways:
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them ourselves. Pro is checked on the device against what the store reports, so if a monthly plan lapses, Pro switches off when the app next confirms it.
We may update, change or withdraw features, including what Pro includes, and may stop supporting the app altogether. We will not remove a lifetime purchase's access to Pro while the app is available.
StiffMap is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise the app will be available, error-free or that its estimates will be accurate.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury arising from following the app's suggestions. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you got StiffMap from the App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. The same applies to Google for Google Play.
You can end it by deleting the app. We can end it if you break these terms. Sections 2, 7, 8 and 11 survive.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer in your own country.
